Becoming H.E.R. Wellness Collective is currently a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available upon request for clients seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by the individual insurance plan and are not guaranteed.

Fees for individual therapy services are set and will be discussed during the intake process. Group therapy fees vary depending on the group offering and will be reviewed prior to enrollment.

Telehealth services are currently available to eligible clients located in Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Georgia is coming soon.

Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, narcissistic abuse, self-esteem and self-worth, boundaries, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions.

Therapy is collaborative. Initial contact and assessment help determine whether your needs, goals, and the services offered by Becoming H.E.R. are an appropriate fit.

Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Up to three groups may be offered monthly based on interest, enrollment, scheduling, and clinical appropriateness.

Yes. You may select multiple groups and identify your first choice. Your responses also help determine which groups will be offered next.

No. The form identifies interest and allows prospective participants to be notified about upcoming offerings. Some therapeutic groups may require a brief screening before enrollment.

Cancellation and rescheduling requirements are reviewed during intake and outlined in the practice’s financial and informed-consent policies.

Yes. Superbills may be provided upon request for possible submission to an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.
