The initial assessment is the first step in beginning therapy. This session provides an opportunity to discuss current concerns, relevant history, symptoms, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we will identify your needs, discuss recommendations, and determine an individualized plan for moving forward.
Small, supportive therapy groups designed to create space for connection, reflection, healing, and growth. Groups may focus on self-worth, relationships, boundaries, trauma recovery, emotional wellness, and personal development.
Through guided discussion, therapeutic activities, skill-building, and shared experiences, participants can gain practical tools while connecting with others navigating similar challenges. Group sizes are intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful participation and connection.
Up to three group offerings may be available each month based on interest, enrollment, scheduling, and clinical appropriateness. Not all groups listed below will run simultaneously.
Becoming H.E.R. Wellness Collective is currently a private-pay practice and does not accept or bill insurance directly.
